Seasonal Pavlova

A delicious seasonal fruit pavlova with 25% less calories! Try our new Monk Fruit Classic Blend Sugar with your next pav creation. 


  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cups CSR Monk Fruit Classic
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp white vinegar


  1. Separate egg whites and beat until firm peaks form
  2. Gradually add in CSR Monk Fruit Classic to the egg white mixture
  3. Fold in vanilla essence, corn starch and white vinegar
  4. Transfer to a tray with baking paper and bake for 10 minutes at 180c
  5. Reduce heat to 150c, then bake for a further 45 minutes
  6. Once cooled, top with whipped cream and seasonal fruit
