Made in 5 easy steps, Shortbread is an old favourite that everyone in the family can enjoy over a cup of tea!



  1. Preheat oven to 150°C. Grease and line a flat baking tray.
  2. Beat butter & icing sugar until creamy. Mix in cornflour and flour.
  3. On a floured surface, roll out dough to 1 cm thick and cut into desire shape.
  4. Carefully place onto prepared baking tray and bake for 25–30 mins, until pale but crisp. Cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container.
