Rosemary Red Wine Lamb Cutlets

Rosemary Red Wine Lamb Cutlets make a delicious family meal. The golden syrup in this marinade creates a sweet and savory balance to really enhance the flavour in this Rosemary Red Wine Lamb Cutlets recipe.

 

 

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup CSR Golden Syrup Squeeze
  • ¼ cup Red Wine
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chopped rosemary
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 12 lamb cutlets

Method

  1. Combine the Golden Syrup, wine, tomato paste, oil, rosemary and garlic in a bowl. Add cutlets and marinate for 20 mins.
  2. Remove cutlets from the marinade and barbecue over a medium heat until cooked to your liking.

 

Tip:

This marinade is suitable for beef, chicken or lamb, and is excellent for skewered meats.
