Peach Crumble

Easy Peach Crumble! This one is perfect for any season with the option of using fresh or tinned peaches. Made with the new CSR Monk Fruit Classic which has 25% less calories than regular white sugar.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans peaches, drained* (see notes for fresh peaches)
  • 1/2 cup White Wings plain flour
  • 3/4 cup oats (mix of rolled and quick oats)
  • 1/3 cup CSR Monk Fruit Classic Sugar Blend
  • 2.5 tbsp. brown sugar
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup butter

Method

  1. Put tinned peaches into a baking dish
  2. Combine dry ingredients, stir to combine
  3. Rub in butter with fingertips until the mix resembles coarse breadcrumbs
  4. Top peaches with crumble mixture
  5. Bake at 180C for 30-35 minutes until golden
  6. Optional: Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or yoghurt
* Peel and slice 4-6 peaches. Mix in a bowl mix with 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, pinch of cinnamon and squeeze of lemon juice. Add to baking dish.
