Cream Cheese Icing
This luscious cream cheese icing has the perfect zing to take your cupcake or cake to the next level.
- 250g cream cheese, chopped, at room temperature
- 1 cup CSR Soft Icing Mixture
- Zest and juice of one lemon
- Beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add CSR Soft Icing Mixture, lemon juice and zest and beat until light and creamy.
- Spread or pipe over cakes and cupcakes.
