Choc Mug Mocha Pudding

These Choc Mug Mocha Puddings are a game changer.
In just a few simple steps and 70 seconds in the microwave, you can have an oozing dessert to satisfy your chocolate cravings.
Ingredients
- 1 extra large egg
- 2 tbs milk
- 1 tbs canola or sunflower oil
- ¼ cup self-raising flour
- 2 tbs CSR Rapadura Sugar
- 1 tbs cocoa
- 1 tbs dark choc chips
- 1 tbs roasted hazelnuts, chopped
To Serve
- CSR Soft Icing Mixture
- Cream
- Raspberries
Method
- Crack egg into a 350ml capacity coffee mug or ramekin. Add milk and oil, whisk well with a fork.
- Add flour, sugar and cocoa to mug and whisk in well. Sprinkle with choc chips and hazelnuts. Microwave on High for 70 secs, or until it has risen and is only just cooked in the centre.
- Serve with a dusting of icing mixture, a dollop of cream and some fresh raspberries.
